In Lireo. Alena is asks Pirena to release Amihan. Pirena angrily tells Alena off. Alena, knowing the futility of her request, challenge Pirena to a duel with Amihan's freedom as prize. Pirena, mocking Alena, asks her how in the world could Alena beat her with two gem in her hand. Alena look at Pirena puzzled. Pirena opens her palms showing the gem of fire and water. Alena look at Pirena surprised.

Outside Lireo. Alena, looking at her gem in Pirena's hands, angrily asks Pirena how was she able to get the gem of water. Pirena answered that its none of her concern anymore since she's holding the gem of water. Pirena then tell Alena that she will soon be more powerful cause she will soon obtain Amihan's gem of wind as well. Alena, angry at Pirena's deception and selfless ambition, attacks in rage. Pirena uses her power to create a shield to deflect Alena's attack. Pirena summons a fireball and throw it towards Alena. Ybrahim, seeing the fireball thrown, put his body between Pirena and Alena, shielding Alena from harm. The fireball struck true, hitting Ybrahim in the shoulders. Ybrahim slumped down to the ground. Alena, shocked, caught him as he slumped. Pirena, victorious, ordered Alena to get out of her sight and never return. Pirena threatens Alena that she would kill Alena the next time they meet. Alena, cradling the injured Ybrahim, teleported away from Lireo. (nythunter: nge! walang nagawa ang dalawa. sobrang lakas kasi ng loob eh di naman pala makakaya! dapat diyan kay Ybrahim eh ma-*toink*. hehehehe)
Meanwhile. Danaya ordered Mila to stay behind cause she will gather leaves to make their bed for the night. Danaya walks away leaving Mila alone.
In the mortal world. Mira finally arrives in Anthony's room. Mira peek at the sleeping Anthony. She started walking toward Anthony but he moved and started to wake up. Mira vanishes from sight. Anthony opens his eyes calling for Mila's name, but finding no one inside the room, lie back and return to sleep. Mira appears again to take a look at the sleeping Anthony then vanishes again. (nythunter: yeah right. how i wish Anthony and Mira ends up together and wouldn't return to Encantadia leaving Mila alone to her fate as queen of Encantadia. woot! ill be the first and original Anthony/Mira shipper! gO, Go, gO Anthony and Mira!)
Back in Encantadia. Danaya's picking up dry leaves when Mila appears from behind her. Danaya, seeing Mila, thank her for following and asks her to pick up leaves they will use as beddings. Mila, obeying Danaya, started picking up leaves and asks Danaya about her mother. Danaya answered that she wanted Amihan to tell Mila but given the circumstance she will tell Mila the story.
Danaya started her story of how Raquim, Amihan's father, a sapiryan prince fought bravely against the Hathors. After the war with Sapiro in ruins, Raquim takes Amihan with him to the mortal world, to hide from the Hathor. Hagorn, learning of Raquim and Amihan whereabouts, follow them to the mortal world, killing Raquim. Amihan witnessing her father death craddle the dying Raquim. Raquim, near death, asks Amihan to promise to him to avenge the injustice to his family and their kingdom. Amihan, although young but a brave lass, promise to her dying father to avenge his death. Raquim dies holding Amihan's promise. Amihan, picking up her father's sword, throws the sword toward Hagorn. Hagorn caught the sword in mid-air easily. He swung the sword and throw it back toward Amihan. Amihan shout in fear and vanishes just as the sword caught her. Hagorn and Agane seeing Amihan vanish, scrambled to return to Encantadia. After a while, Amihan appears to find herself bleeding by a wound in her stomach. Amihan slumped to the ground unconsious. At that moment, Aquil with Muros arrives to find Amihan the sole survivor of the Hathor attack. Aquil and Muros takes Amihan back to Encantadia.(nythunter: Drama naman ni Sang'gre Danaya. pero okay lang kaya naman niya eh. hehehe anyways, now that Encantadia's been running for quite sometime its a good thing to see Richard Gomez fight scene again and IMO its not that bad at all.
)Danaya continue tell Mila about the four gems that the four kingdoms of Encantadia. She tell Mila that the gems are once divided between the four great kingdoms of Encantadia. The Sapiryans have the gem of Earth, the Hathors have the gem of Fire, the Adamyans have the gem of Water and the diwatas have the gem of Wind. But after the war Raquim was able to gather all of the gems and was given to the queen for safekeeping. Thus the four gems came under the protection of the diwatas of Lireo.
Danaya, continuing her story, tell Mila how Amihan was first brought to Encantadia. Saved from the Hathor in the mortal world, Aquil takes Amihan back to Encantadia where Amihan meet her mother, Mine-a, for the first time. Mine-a seeing Amihan back in Encantadia, welcome her back to her true home. But in Lireo there is one person that hates Amihan's return and that person is Pirena. Pirena treated the young Amihan cruelly and would not recognize Amihan as her sister. Mine-a, trying to appease her eldest daughter, asks Pirena to accept Amihan for her sake. Pirena, moved by her mother's request, have a change of heart and accepts Amihan. Jealousy checked for the time being the sister enjoyed the company each other until they grow up as lovely ladies. But dark times are looming ahead.(nythunter: weee the ever present jealous Pirena. From the very start talagang insecure na itong babaeng ito. kaya sobrang EFFECTIVE! mwahahahaha)
Meanwhile, in Lireo's dungeon. Pirena, approaching the battered and weakenedd Amihan, asks Amihan for the gem of Wind. Amihan, weakened but steadfast still, answered that she will never give what Pirena long for. (nythunter: PIRENA = Reyna ng mga asa. hmmm teka lang saan na nga pala si LOLO Hagorn, di ko na yata nakikita. Ano nangyari kay Pen Medina? Na deadz na ba siya? Nagtatanong lang po. hehehe)
In the forest. Danaya continues her story. Danaya tells Mila that a situation arises that led about the breaking of the sister's relationship. Mila asks Danaya what happens next. Danaya aswered that the time have come to choose the rightful heir to the throne. A fight was arranged and that whoever defeats the person they fight and get the key to the kingdom of Lireo, will emerge as the queen of Lireo. A fight was arranged and Alena and Danaya was easily falls to the hand of the mysterious opponent. Amihan, her turn to fight, fought the mysterious enemy with vigor but Pirena, impatient, help her and both of them fight the hooded figure at the same time. In the course of the fight, Amihan was put in a precarious situation but Pirena instead of helping her sister, opted to bash and sent Amihan off the cliff. The mysterious figure seeing Amihan in danger, leave the fight to save the falling Amihan. Amihan, regaining consciousness found herself in her mother's arms. Mine-a lands with Amihan safely to the ground. Pirena seeing the opportunity snatched the key and announce her victory. But Mine-a corrected everything and hailed Amihan as the victorious one and give her the throne instead.
Pirena, out of anger, challenge her mother to a duel. Mine-a and her sister shocked by Pirena's action tried to stop her but she stood her ground. Out of the diwata's knowledge, Pirena have stolen the gem of Fire and she use it to beat her mother in their duel but Amihan, Danaya and Alena step in and stop Pirena from killing Mine-a. Pirena, angered by the betrayal, cursed Lireo and threaten to bring about her desctruction. (nythunter: Reminiscing and strolling down memory lanes. I think these are the episodes that got me hooked to the show! hehehe)
Danaya, in tears as she continues her story, tell Mila that after the incident Pirena vanished from Lireo for a time and joined the Hathor. She tell Mila that Pirena returns only when Amihan gave birth to Mila, seeking forgiveness for her sins. Amihan, having a big heart and bounded by her promise to Mine-a that she will take care of her sister, forgives Pirena and accepted her back to Lireo. Mila surmised that it was the time that she and Mira was exchange. Danaya, finished with her story, ordered Mila to pick up leaves so that they can make up their bed and rest for the night.
In Lireo. Pirena couldn't persuade Amihan to surrender the crystal. She then ordered Hitano to gather Encantado and take them to her. Amihan, suspicious of Pirena's action, asks Pirena what she plans to do. Pirena answered that she will kill an encantado or encantada in front of Amihan till Amhan surrenders her gem. Amihan, full of hatred, tried to have at Pirena but the cuffs stay hold and true.
In the forest. Danaya and Mila are resting in front of a campfire, with a bed of dry leaves for their bed already made. Mila, curious, asks Danaya where can she find Lireo. Danaya, suspicious of Mila's question, asks why Mila need to know. Mila answered that she just want to know where Lireo is so that when she sees it she will know that her mother, Amihan, is there. Danaya, satisfied by Mila's answer, tell Mila that the road to Lireo is right in front of them but warns Mila from going there alone. Mila, exasperated by Danaya's constant sermon, answered that she will never go to Lireo.
Daylight comes, Danaya was left looking for the missing Mila. Ranting and raving because of Mila's stubborness, Danaya calls for the missing Mila. Speaking her thought out loud, Danaya wonders where Mila gets her stubborness. She know that Mila couldn't have get it from Alena cause Alena's to timid, not from Amihan cause Amihan's obedient and certainly not from Pirena cause Pirena's 'masungit'. Thinking about herself, Danaya didn't finish up her thought and continue searching for her hard-headed niece. (nythunter: DANAYA = Queen of the hard-headed and stubborn Sang'gres. MILA = a promising protege of her ash'te. mwahahahaha)
Meanwhile. Alena puts medicine on Ybrahim wound. Ybrahim still annoyed and angry at himself for his inability to save Amihan. Alena tried to calm down Ybrahim and tell him that they should return to the camp. Ybrahim, angry, answered that he can't return to the camp in defeat. Thinking, he then tell Alena that he will be gone for a while to look for the Kabilan. Alena, puzzled, asks what is he's talking about. Ybrahim, not wanting to explain himself, tell Alena that the Kabilan would be a great help in saving Amihan and Lireo.
Meanwhile. Lira is wandering in the forest and suddenly she hears sound of something growling. She hides behind some bushes as Hathor soldiers walks past her. Mila seeing the Hathors out of sight, stands up and continue to walk away. Suddenly from atop a tree a Lira stands up to see whether the Hathors has left. Suddenly a net is drop from above of Lira to hold her and a Hathor jumps down to grab Lira. (nythunter: Buti nga sa iyo. sobrang tigas kasi ng ulo mo eh! Naku pag inabutan ka ng Ash'te Danaya mo cguradong makukurot ka sa singit! hahahaha)

- Hitano is asking the other Hathor to put Lira together with the other Enkantado and Enkantada who are tied up and chain together. Seeing Mila, he backhanded her in the face rendering her unconscious.
- Wantuk rushes to Aquil camp site and tell them that he sees Hitano is bringing tied up denizens of Encantadia to the palace.
- Queen Pirena is walking in the royal court.
- Lira is sitting inside the dungeon with the captured denizens.
